SKILL DELIVERY PLATFORM KERALA : implementation of SAMATHVA- SCHEME/ BRIDGING THE DIGITAL DIVIDE

Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology is organizing a grand inauguration of NODAL CENTRE – THE SKILL DELIVERY PLATFORM KERALA (SDP-K) and implementation of SAMATHVA- SCHEME/ BRIDGING THE DIGITAL DIVIDE on 13.06.2022 at Shastra hall, JCET.

The Skill Delivery Platform, Kerala (SDPK) is a unique initiative of Dept. of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of Kerala implemented through the Special purpose Vehicle, KSITL (Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited) and ICT Academy of Kerala (ICTAK) [ICT – Information and Communication Technology Academy] as the operating partner. The vision of Skills Delivery platform (SDPK) is to impart industry relevant employability skills training programme to Engineering, Polytechnic and graduate students across the state.

 

As part of the University Scheme on “Bridging the Digital Divide”, JCET is planning to distribute 7 laptops among economically backward students with good academic background. This initiative aims to ensure equity in the learning process across all the students during the current scenario of technology enabled learning process.
