Nehru Group of Institutions (NGI), Tamil Nadu & Kerala was established in 1968 in Kuniamuthur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. NGI was set up with the objective of providing higher education in the field of Aeronautical Engineering to the students of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The institution offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate courses in the discipline of Management, Arts, Science, Paramedical Sciences, Engineering and Hospitality. It has also started pre-school education for kids.

JSITE -Skills are the need of the base for transforming India Incorporative Projects are the ones which clearly demonstrate the outcome of the students. Majority of programme outcomes and Programme Specific outcomes are carved out through Innovative Projects. Competitions in the State level is a platform for the students to realize their Creativity innovation, Skills and talents for the future life. JSITE 2022, Jawaharlal Science, Innovation and Technology Exhibition is a state level platform for students in the State and to bring out their competitive spirit All project carried out as a part of BTech Programme in any of AICTE approved engineering colleges/UGC approved Technical Universities are eligible to participate. These projects will be evaluated by expert members from Industry and Academia. The Prizes will be awarded by M/S The RAMCO Cements Ltd.

Competition is held for four groups. First and Second prizes will be given for each group.

Any other provisions needed to demonstrate the model must be Submitted through the proper channel to the Organizers
Candidates must belong to B.Tech /BE course of any AICTE approved Engineering Colleges/ UGC Approved Technical Universities in India.
Teams can choose any group according to their project.
One project only can be registered under one group.
The project poster along with the write-up of 300 words may be submitted.
Team members cannot be altered after online registration. Maximum number of students allowed for a team is five.
Teams can show their results in the form of 3D models, drawings, posters, computer-generated (simulated & working models) - Working Models preferred.
Certificates for winners and participants will be issued only to the students listed in the Bonafede certificate issued by the respective Head of the Institution.
Shortlisting of the projects will be done by the internal technical committee and the winners will be selected after a two-tier evaluation by elite panel members consisting of experts from industries and academia.
Results will be announced at 4 pm on the day of the event.
