Gandhian Thoughts in Management

Jawaharlal Business School has organized “Ghandhian Thoughts in Mangement” on 1st October at 9:30am by Dr. M.C.Dileep Kumar, Former Vice Chancellor, Sreesankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady for JBS students. The objective of the event was to make the students learn about Gandhian approach to management, which was based on Gandhiji’s approach to life and society. It envisages a system of non-violence, the welfare of all and mostly sharing of responsibilities, fruits of production as well as decision making.
