Outbound Training 2022
Jawaharlal Business School has organized Outbound Training for 2021-23 batch MBA students from 7th January, 2022 to 9th January, 2022 at Nehru Outbound for Leadership Excellence, Coimbatore. It included variety of learning experiences in form of games and activities that include a mix of outdoors, adventure, team building and management games delivered in a offsite environment by a certified outbound facilitator. The main focus with the Outbound Training approach was to impart learning on individual, team and organizational needs such as Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Conflict Management, Team Building, Effective Communication, Quality Improvement, Mentoring and Skill Development etc..,
