The Nss unit of Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology organized a blood donation camp on 13th October 2022. The camp was held in the MBA seminar hall of the college. The camp almost started around 9:30a.m. All the necessary arrangements were made by the NSS Unit members with the help and guidance of a team of local doctors and nurses, who had agreed to volunteer. The participating donors were from our college itself. Many first-time donors were seen donating their blood with a sense of responsibility for the social cause. After the donation, the participants were given juice and biscuits along with the certificate of blood donation. The camp ended at 12:30pm and around 50 students including teachers donated their blood. It was a proud moment for the NSS unit for successfully organizing this blood donation camp.
