Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) in the college campus helps to empower girl students, to enhance understanding of issues related to women and to make the college campus a safe place for women students. The WEC works for the welfare of the students and faculty towards preparing them in to competent professionals to take up greater challenges in the academic sphere.
The scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) Cell in an institute promotes the special interest of students in the reserved category and to provide special inputs in areas where the students experience difficult. SC/ST Committee guides the students to optimally utilise the benefits of the schemes offered by the AICTE and Government of India.
Ragging in all its forms is totally prohibited in the institution including in its departments, constituent units, all its premises (academic, residential, sports, cafeteria, hostel etc.). Anti -Ragging Committee is constituted in this college to prevent ragging and to take anti-ragging measures as per the guide lines issued by the Supreme Court of India.
