The JCET Central Library is fully computerized, well equipped with modern facilities and resources in the form of Books, Printed and electronic Journals, CD-ROMs, online databases, project reports etc. Open Access system is being followed to access the books and journals. The Central Library has a huge collection of Books on Engineering Science, Management and Humanities through its various divisions. The Books are Barcoded and scientifically classified into DDC (Dewey Decimal Classification scheme). The Central Library Building is functional and modular in construction. It has an area of 12000sqft. In 3 floors – Level 1 , Level2 and Level3.
The Ground floor houses Circulation section, reprographic section, newspaper reading section, technical section, General reading area, periodicals section, journal section, MBA Stack area, MBA Reference section, Career Corner, CD-ROM storage and Digital Library (Part I).
In the first floor UG/PG stack area, Short reference area, Librarians office, Audio –visual room, Hand wash area.
The second floor has the reference section for UG and PG, separate cubicles for keeping social distance, bound volumes, project reports and Digital Library(Part II).

The Central Library maintains a separate reference collection of Encyclopaedias, Dictionaries, Technical Data, Atlases, CD-ROMs, Project Reports and Seminar Reports. The Question Papers of the Examinations conducted by the university in previous years and syllabi of courses conducted by this college are also made available in this section.
The Library provides photocopying facilities allowed within the copyright rules. Question papers of Previous year examinations , articles of journals can also photocopied.
A well – arranged Digital Library with 36 Computers and 12 headphones to help the users to view e-facilities and use Audio/Video facilities also. Digital Library can also be accessed anywhere on the campus. This Library provides uncompromising information and intellectual requirements for its students and faculty with user friendly approach. It offers a fully integrated and dynamic environment for conducting academic study. Multiple copies ensure that resources are easily available in the reference section and stock section as well.
