AI @ Work: Engineering Intelligence Across Industries

We are delighted to invite you to the First Session of PALS innoWAH! Prep Webinar, a popular PALS initiative designed to inspire the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly moving beyond the boundaries of software and research laboratories to become an integral part of how industries design, manufacture, operate, innovate and make decisions. From manufacturing and automotive to healthcare, finance, education, energy, construction and logistics, AI is increasingly being embedded into real-world workflows to improve productivity, quality, safety, efficiency and customer experience.
The emerging concept of AI Engineering represents this transition from simply developing AI models to engineering reliable, scalable and context-aware intelligent systems that can operate effectively in real-world environments. It brings together artificial intelligence, data, software engineering, domain expertise, automation, IoT, robotics and centered design to solve practical industry problems.

About the Speaker:

Amber Marfatia, Chief enterprise architect, Cognizant
Amber Marfatia brings over 22 years of experience in software development and technology leadership. He specializes in driving enterprise-scale architecture initiatives, overseeing critical non-functional software obligations, and pioneering innovation across AI-powered platforms. He will deliver this webinar on how to transform enterprise across domains using AI-powered agents—backed by secure, scalable, and high-performance architecture.
Brief Abstract of the Topic:
Engineering Intelligence Across Industries explores how organizations can transform domain knowledge and operational data into actionable intelligence. The session will examine practical applications AI agents, decision-support systems and digital engineering.
Details of the session:

📅 8th September 2026
⏰ 1.30 PM to 3.30 PM
Mode : Virtual program (Zoom)
