Dr. Paul V. Mathew, the Head of Jawaharlal Business School, is an accomplished academic leader with over 15 years of experience spanning academia, industry, and high-level government policy. Holding a Ph.D. in Management Studies from CUSAT, he is a prolific researcher with 17 international articles published in prestigious ABDC, Scopus, and Web of Science indexed journals, as well as the author of 10 books. His career is marked by significant institutional building, including serving as a Chief Minister Fellow for the Government of Delhi and conceptualizing high-impact industry engagement programs such as "Coffee with CEO" and the "Earn While Learn Summit". As the Chairman of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and the Industry-Academia Network Council, Dr. Mathew focuses on experiential pedagogy, utilizing self-created simulations and HBR/Ivey case studies to train future leaders in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. His global recognition includes being part of a United Nations award-winning team for sustainable development and serving as a World Bank World Youth Conference Delegate in Washington D.C
