Dr. Shiny C. M., MBA, PGDHRM, Ph.D., is an accomplished Professor, Researcher, and Entrepreneurial Mentor with over 28 years of distinguished experience spanning academics, training, industry, and entrepreneurship. She holds an MBA from the University of Calicut, a Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU, reflecting a strong academic foundation in management and human resources. She began her teaching career in 1998 and is a recognized Ph.D. guide under the Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS), with subject-matter expertise in Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Shiny has served as a Resource Person, District Sustainability Mentor, and Master Trainer under MGNCRE, Ministry of Education, Government of India, as well as with the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), and has conducted over 200 workshops across India. Her contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in community engagement and psychosocial support, have been widely acknowledged. Her academic output includes more than 20 research publications, four books, and over 20 conference paper presentations, and she is a recipient of the Teachers’ Excellence Award 2019 (Gold Category). She is also the Co-Founder of PLATFORM and an expert in startup incubation, skill development, and entrepreneurship ecosystems, regularly serving as a trainer and consultant for organizations such as MANAGE (Ministry of Agriculture), MGNCRE (Ministry of Education), MILMA, KITCO, India Post, Kerala Startup Mission (Government of Kerala), Kerala Agricultural University, and higher education institutions across India.
