Alumni Interaction Sesssion

As part of Career Conclave 2026 at Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology (JCET), Lakkidi, the Department of Aeronautical Engineering organized an Alumni Interaction Session on 7 July 2026.
The session was led by Mr. Manu Mamachan, an alumnus of the 2014 - 2018 Batch of the Department of Aeronautical Engineering and currently serving as Team Lead, LXD, Aerovative Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Calicut.
During the interactive session, Mr. Manu Mamachan shared his professional journey and provided valuable insights into the career opportunities available in the aviation and aerospace industry. He highlighted the skills, technical competencies, and industry expectations required for aspiring aeronautical engineers. The session also covered emerging trends in the aviation sector, career pathways, and guidance on preparing for placements and higher studies.
The interaction proved to be highly informative and inspiring for the Semester V Aeronautical Engineering students, helping them gain a better understanding of industry expectations and motivating them to pursue rewarding careers in the aviation sector.
