Summer Chess Coaching Camp Begins

The Summer Chess Coaching Camp for school students, organized by the Nehru Group of Institutions, has officially begun at Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology, Lakkidi.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr. N. Gunasekaran, Principal, JCET. Dr. M. S. Govindankutty, Director of Physical Education, NGI, Mr. Ajeev Kumar, AM, JCET, Lt. M. S. Gopimohanan, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education, Mr. P. Sunil, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education were also present. With participation from over 50 students from various schools, the 10-day coaching camp is led by Mr. P. G. Muralidharan, Director of PG Chess Academy, and will conclude on the 22nd May 2026.
